Supernova is a free, light-based art exhibit, music festival and community celebration. Building off of last year's success, Supernova brings spectacle, light, art and music to the new Greenway Plaza and Greenway Station open-air pavilion on December 11, 12 & 13.

Yule Gator Vanquishing the Rougarou

Jingle-stomping through the darkest swamp on the eve of the solstice, the Rougarou meets the silence of winter. The Feufollet beckons him to the Yule Gator, bringer of goodness for all through the fires of transformation. Evil is no more.

Neon Lounge

MILAGROS

“Neon Lounge” is an immersive fabric based installation. Hand-painted with fluorescent colors, effervescent patterns fill the space and are activated by black lights. Custom furniture adorns the room and offers areas for viewers to relax.

Taking inspiration from the nocturnal wildlife that gathers around porch lights in rural Louisiana, a whimsical glowing Regal moth presides over this exotic environment of light, sound and aroma. Hot tea is shared at a decorative lighted bar. What other mysterious creatures of the night will you find here?
