strategic plan
This Strategic Plan articulates a specific set of goals that will achieve a new round of dreams for the Greenway: completing the Greenway Trail to the RTA Cemeteries Transit Center, building world-class green infrastructure to provide habitat restoration in the Greenway and reduce neighborhood flooding; amplifying New Orleans culture through extraordinary arts performances and installations; growing a citywide network of safe and beautiful bike paths with the Greenway as its spine; and more directly engaging in efforts to support legacy residents and businesses to ensure that the Greenway continues to be a public space accessible to all New Orleanians. This document will guide our work through December 2027 and provides a roadmap to achieving our vision for the Greenway, and to build the City that we all want and deserve.
